Yoga with Alexandra Otis
Our fitness room with a panoramic view of Lac des Sables provides a pleasant and serene atmosphere to practise yoga. A routine of yoga postures and breathing exercises is designed to help you attain both physical and mental well-being. The sessions are led by Alexandra Otis, who combines her expertise with a real passion for the practice!
